Bueno estuve buscando soluciones para aquellas personas quienes desean desintalar el software del zune por razones de mal funcionamiento encontré esto, pero no lo he usado por que no quiero desintalar el software de mi zune. este es el link http://remove-it.org/tools/unzooney alli descargan el programa.

que todavia no esta disponible.. dicen luego de eso que hay q estar atentos, (para aquellos quienes les interesa quitar este firmware) que veo que esta peor en errores que antes.

I have the new Beta version of UnZoone ready and available for testing. This one is a little different that previous versions as it is written from scratch in Delphi.
